You may request a free 15 minute phone consult to answer questions and determine if you are a good fit for our programs.  Once a consultation is scheduled you will be sent an intake packet to fill out and a lab form to obtain labs prior to appointment.  You will work with provider to develop a comprehensive and affordable plan tailored to you. 

Our monthly fee includes a comprehensive range of services designed to support your health and wellness journey:

• Medications Delivered to Your Home: Convenient home delivery of prescribed medications.
• All Follow-Up Visits: Regular follow-up visits to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
• Access to Educational Materials: Exclusive access to our educational blogs and a private Facebook group for ongoing support and information.
• Direct Access to Your Provider: Direct access to Carrie Smalley, not just a service, ensuring you receive personalized and attentive care.

Labs are not included as some patient's opt to use insurance for this cost.  However, we do off highly discounted labs thru Access Medical Labs 

 At Stellar Care Clinic, we currently do not accept insurance for our services. This allows us to provide the highest quality care and personalized treatments that are often not covered by insurance. However, you may use your insurance for lab work, or we can offer low-cost options for those services. We are dedicated to making our specialized care accessible and affordable.  Stellar Care Clinic provides access to compounded medications, which are prepared in compounding pharmacies licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy and shipped directly to your home. Compounded medications do not undergo pre-market review and are not FDA-approved. As such, their risks, benefits, side effects, and results may vary compared to FDA-approved medications. Stellar Care Clinic ensures that all medications are sourced exclusively from licensed pharmacies that submit to third-party testing. It is important to note that these medications are not associated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly, and these companies do not sell Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for use in compounding.
